These Terms and Conditions represent a contract between you and Danzefit, LLC (“Company). By purchasing or registering for any Course(s) or other materials provided through this web site, you agree to these important terms and conditions. The term “Course(s)” or "eCourse(s)" includes, but is not limited to, the pages of this web site and all of the materials contained therein, including but not limited to paid and free Courses and all associated materials, whether hosted on this web site or provided by other means.

Important Notes

• You are responsible for all of your own personal, financial, business, and legal decisions and the health of your business as you work through your (s). Nothing contained in these Course(s) shall be construed to be a replacement for legal, financial, accounting, or other professional advice.
• All of the content contained within the Course(s) on this site are the property of Company, including but not limited to videos, documents, photographs, and other content. This content is for the exclusive use of the purchaser, and you may not share it with anyone else without the Company’s expressed written permission.

Copyright and Use of eCourse Materials

 All Courses and materials, along with references used in or related to the Course(s), are the exclusive property of Company or of third parties and used under permission granted to Company and may only be used in the manner detailed in these terms and conditions.

Permission to use the material in any other way must be obtained in writing from Company. These materials are for the sole use of individuals registered for the Course(s) or others as expressly approved by Company.

As an eCourse(s) registrant, you may view and read all materials that are part of the eCourse(s) facility. You may also print any or all screen and pdf file pages for your personal use in taking the eCourse(s). However, you may not share, communicate, publish, or in any manner distribute to other parties the eCourse(s), your login and password, readings, references, links, documents, videos or any other materials contained in the eCourse(s).

These terms and conditions apply upon purchase or registration for the Course(s), while you are taking the Course, and upon and after completing, withdrawing from, or terminating the Course(s). These terms and conditions apply to both paid and free Courses.
 

eCourse Access
 
 Only registrants for the Course(s) may access the Course(s) and its materials. You agree to take reasonable steps to make sure that unauthorized people do not access your Course(s). 

Refund Policy
 

Subscription Memberships require a written notice by email 14 days prior to the next month' s payment. After receipt of email notice, subscriber will receive a cancellation form via email to complete the request.  

MindBodyBusiness Retreats must follow the schedule below:

*50% if cancelled prior to 120 days of departure date
*25% if cancelled prior to 90 days of departure date
*10% if cancelled prior to 60 days of departure date

 **No refunds or credits are issued for cancellations received within 59 days of departure date.

Refund Balances will be paid within 60 Days from the date stamp on the purchasers completed Retreat Cancellation Form. 

All other purchases are final. By purchasing a Course(s)/Trainings through this company, you acknowledge and understand that all purchases are final and non-refundable.

General Disclaimer and Rights

 Company may provide certain reference materials and links in these Course(s). Company does not assume any responsibility or liability for the accuracy or completeness of content contained in reference materials or links provided by Company. Company does not endorse any product, service, or organization referenced.

Attestation
 
 Company will deny access to this Course(s) to any individual who does not agree to the terms and conditions contained in this Online Courses Terms and Conditions Agreement & Privacy Policy. Further, Company reserves the right to terminate access to any individual who does not abide by these terms and conditions.

Disciplinary Action

Registrants are deemed and presumed to be aware of and familiar with these terms and conditions. Violation of the terms and conditions will result in eCourse termination and possible legal action.

eCourse Management System Access

You agree that you will not use any robot, spider or other device, process, or means to access the Company Course(s). Nor shall you use any process to monitor or copy our web pages or the content contained thereon or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior expressed written permission. You agree that you will not compromise or circumvent the security controls of Company or otherwise gain unauthorized access to Company Course(s). You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine that interferes with the proper working of Company's sites or Course(s), nor shall you attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Company's Course(s). You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Company’s infrastructure. You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works or publicly display any content from Company's web sites and Course(s) without the prior expressed written permission of Company.

Waivers and Indemnification 

Company makes every effort to provide a convenient and functional service for its members. However, it does not guarantee that its web site(s) will be error free or that the web site(s) or the server(s) that operates them are free of viruses or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to maintain backup files adequately and to update virus detection software to protect the integrity or security of your computer system. If, as a result of your direct or indirect use of Company's sites, you determine that your property or equipment requires servicing or replacing, you hereby acknowledge that Company is not responsible for any costs incurred.

IN ANY JURISDICTION WHERE SUCH WAIVERS OF WARRANTIES ARE NOT PROSCRIBED BY LAW, YOU USE COMPANY'S SITE(S) AT YOUR OWN RISK.

ALL SERVICES AND DATA ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY SORT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

You agree, in any jurisdiction where not proscribed by law, that neither Company, nor any of its officers, directors, employees, or agents responsible for creating, maintaining, or delivering Course(s) shall be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your access, use of, or inability to access or use Company's web sites and Course(s). In the event that you supply Company with your contact information, you may receive periodic e-mails, mailings, or calls from Company with information on new products and services, important issues, or upcoming events.  When you use Company’s web site(s), Company or its authorized technology services provider(s) may also collect certain technical and routing information from you to facilitate your use of the web site and its services.
